ETI offers a no questions asked 7 day return policy. If you are returning because we didn't get you what you expected, or what you believe we promised or described, you get a full refund including shipping. If you're returning just because you changed your mind, you pay return shipping and a 10% restock, with the exception of store credits, which are always 100% credits.
Any item undamaged and unused in original packaging can be returned. Returned guns have to be shipped from you or your FFL to ETI (we are an FFL). Knives can be shipped USPS, switchblades should be shipped UPS unless you enclose a copy of our FFL, in which case you can ship Priority Mail. All ammo sales are final and cannot be returned. Please do not fire a gun or sharpen a knife, then try to return it as new! We're here to make sure YOU are satisfied. If a product is defective, either we or the manufacturer will replace or refund it, depending on which deal is fastest and best for you. If some items are no longer made or available, you might have to get a refund instead of a replacement.
To make returns fair and easy, we will provide you with a prepaid UPS pickup on items being returned for store credit or under warranty.
