Merlin Professional Folding Knife Deployment System (MERL1S)

Folding knives which will work with Merlin must fit within these parameters:
Blade length: Between 2.5” (6.4 cm) and 5.0” (12.7 cm)
Maximum blade thickness: 0.25” (6.3 mm)
Maximum knife weight: 8 oz. (227 g)
Maximum blade width: 1.5” (3.8 cm)
Blade channel width: Between 0.125” (3 mm) and 0.1875” (5 mm)

As reference, Merlin will carry folders as small as the CRKT Wrangler 6401 (2.625” blade, 1.6 oz.) and as large as the M16-14Z (3.875” blade, 5.9 oz.)

Merlin is not designed for use with automatic or assisted opening knives.
